Jeera Rice Recipe Tips
which add magic to your recipe!!!
Tip 1
By adding lemon, rice becomes non-sticky and each grain is separated from each other.
Tip 2
Rice should be treated very gently when it is cooked.
Tip 3
Rice should be washed well in water 4-5 times before cooking to remove starch.
Tip 4
While cooking jeera rice in a kadhai or pan, do not cover the pan fully.
Tip 5
Instead, cover it only half with a lid or plate. This will not let water ooze out of the pan.
Tip 6
If you don’t have the Basmati rice, you can use another better quality of rice as Basmati rice is not available everywhere.
