Ingredients (Servings - 4 people)
- Pasta – 1 cup or 250 g
- Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- Capsicum – 2 pieces of medium size
- Carrot – 1 piece
- Tomato Ketchup – 2 tablespoon
- Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder – ½ teaspoon
- White Pepper Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Onion – 2 pieces of medium size (optional)
- Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
- Garlic, grated – 1 teaspoon
- Chilli Flakes – 1 teaspoon
- Sweet Corn – 1 tablespoon
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Cheese – 2 cubes
- Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoon
- Water – 2½ glass
- Ginger, grated – 1 teaspoon
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Red Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
How to make Masala Pasta

- Thinly cut all the vegetables lengthwise.
- Boil two and a half glasses of water in a pan. When water is completely boiled, add pasta.
- Put half teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of oil.
- Cook on high flame till it becomes soft.
- Turn off the gas.
- Wash with cold water two to three times and remove the water through a strainer and mix one teaspoon of oil. Pasta will not stick to each other by applying oil.

- Put a pan on gas and add oil and butter.
- When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic. Let it cook.

- Put all the vegetables and let them saute on high flame.


- When the vegetable is half cooked add all the sauces and mayonnaise to it.
- Slow down the gas and add all the spices and salt.

- Put pasta in it and mix very well gently. Add 2 tablespoon of water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add cheese and mix.
- Cover the lid and cook on a low flame for 5 -8 minutes.
- Turn off the gas.
- Enjoy hot creamy pasta.

Tip 1
You can serve pasta seasoned with chili flakes and oregano.
Tip 2
You can add cheese slices if you want to make it more creamy & cheesy.
Tip 3
While boiling the pasta, do not forget to add 1 teaspoon of oil. Addition of oil will ensure pasta will not stick to each other.

You can also add other vegetables like beans, cauliflower etc as per your taste.
