Thinly cut all the vegetables lengthwise.
Boil two and a half glasses of water in a pan. When water is completely boiled, add pasta.
Put half teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of oil.
Cook on high flame till it becomes soft.Turn off the gas.
Wash with cold water two to three times and remove the water through a strainer and mix one teaspoon of oil. Pasta will not stick to each other by applying oil.
Put a pan on gas and add oil and butter.When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic. Let it cook.
Put all the vegetables and let them saute on high flame.
When the vegetable is half cooked add all the sauces and mayonnaise to it.Slow down the gas and add all the spices and salt.
Put pasta in it and mix very well gently. Add 2 tablespoon of water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add cheese and mix.Cover the lid and cook on a low flame for 5 -8 minutes.
Turn off the gas. Enjoy hot creamy pasta.
