Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 pieces Capsicum
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon White Pepper Powder
  • 2 pieces Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Corn
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 cubes Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • glass Water
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Instructions
 

  • Thinly cut all the vegetables lengthwise.
  • Boil two and a half glasses of water in a pan. When water is completely boiled, add pasta.
  • Put half teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of oil.
  • Cook on high flame till it becomes soft.Turn off the gas.
  • Wash with cold water two to three times and remove the water through a strainer and mix one teaspoon of oil. Pasta will not stick to each other by applying oil.
  • Put a pan on gas and add oil and butter.When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic. Let it cook.
  • Put all the vegetables and let them saute on high flame.
  • When the vegetable is half cooked add all the sauces and mayonnaise to it.Slow down the gas and add all the spices and salt.
  • Put pasta in it and mix very well gently. Add 2 tablespoon of water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add cheese and mix.Cover the lid and cook on a low flame for 5 -8 minutes.
  • Turn off the gas. Enjoy hot creamy pasta.
