Cauliflower vegetable is an Indian dish which is generally prepared with potatoes. It is most popularly known as Aloo Gobhi. It can be made with multiple variations, for e.g., dry(sabji), semi dry or with curry. Every family has their own unique recipe to make aloo gobhi.
Heat oil on a medium flame in a pan. Pour cumin seeds in oil. Add hing, ginger, green chilies & stir for a few seconds.
Add cauliflower, potato and peas in the pan. Then add salt and turmeric powder on it and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook it till they get half cooked.
Add all the masalas and mix very well. Again cook, till the cauliflower releases oil.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.Pour lemon juice drops before serving
